Information Collected in the Process of Providing Travel Services and/or Completing a Travel Transaction Requested by You
Nepal Travels will request for certain information such as (but not limited to) name, email address, phone number, and travel-related information (departure/arrival cities and travel dates), when you request a quote for one of our travel services through a form in our website.
We also automatically collect information such as user IP address. When you fill out one of our forms to request a quote for our travel services, you will receive an automatic reply to your email form us summarizing most of the information you have filled out. By filling out the form and providing us your information, you agree to allow us to include your information in our database.

Nepal Travels also uses third party tracking to generate data and analyze the trends and behavior of visitors to the Nepal Travels Website (www.nepaltravelsonline.com). Nepal Travels will not share or sell your personal information to anyone, unless required by law or as mentioned below.
Nepal Travel, in order to process your travel service transactions, will share your personal information and payment details with the travel service provider such as airline companies, insurance companies, travel-providers, and service-providers with whom Nepal Travel collaborates to provide you the travel services.
We periodically send promotional emails to people in our database; we will include an unsubscribe button at the end (footer) of the email. Hence, you can unsubscribe at anytime if you do not wish to receive emails from us anymore.
Any payment information collected to complete the transaction of travel service will be in our record until the completion or cancellation of the travel service. For example, if you have purchased an air ticket from us, we will save your information until you have completed and/or cancelled your travel. We need to do this to inform you of any changes in your itinerary or travel details. Upon completion of your travel, we will maintain your personal information (such as name and email address) in our database to send you promotional emails in the future. All emails will have an unsubscribe button to allow you to unsubscribe from future emails.
